The customer service was excellent, with Kevin Whitson providing options and promptly returning to answer any queries before the installation began. We completed a full refurbishment of our en-suite shower room, which included a new shower, basin, toilet, a new heated towel rail, and fresh decorating, all thanks to the expertise of Bathroom and Co. The project went very well, with just one minor change agreed upon, and a good solution was found when we discovered fewer tiles than expected under the old shower. I cannot recommend Bathroom and Co highly enough. We had our en-suite completely refurbished, and insulation was added to the walls. Work was also carried out on another bathroom to upgrade the sink and bath taps. The team from Bathroom and Co was a joy to have in the house and worked really hard. I had my ensuite bathroom replaced by Bathroom and Co, and I was really impressed by how neat and tidy everything was, especially during the removal of the old one. There were a couple of snagging issues to fix, but the team from Bathroom and Co was very responsive and never treated this as a problem.
